K Larabee is a surface designer, illustrator, and painter who seeks the unexpected, appreciates the colorful, bold, and bright, and interprets the classics.

While working from her home studio with 3 exuberant goldendoodles by her side, K works on a variety of projects including painting portraits and landscapes, freelance illustration, interior design, and surface pattern design. Pattern development is among K’s favorite practices, and she is always in search of creative inspiration. Her work is informed by traveling the world, the novelty found in all places, and the everyday joy around us, however simple.
